Ductless Air Management (DAM) systems are a great way to heat or cool a space, with the additional benefit of saving the expense and headache of installing ductwork.
As well, these units don’t require a gas train, gas piping, or venting.
As we all know, ducts tend to “dump” hot or cold air in specific locations, creating noticeable differences in temperatures throughout a room. DAM systems provide a consistent temperature throughout the space they are servicing.
Not to mention, conventional heating and cooling systems require several utility hook-ups. With a DAM system you simply plug it into a regular outlet.
These units are suitable for areas ranging from 3,000 square feet to 18,000 square feet.
They are:
- Completely ductless
- Consistent – they maintain an even and consistent temperatures throughout the room
- Easy – offer fewer utility hookups
- Easy – offer one touch controls
- Simple to install – they can be installed with a pallet jack and a small lift
- Gas Free – the same coil provides heating and cooling. This means you don’t require a heater section, a gas train, gas piping, or venting.
Please note: the system needs to be paired with a heat pump to provide heating/cooling or a condensing unit if it’s for cooling purposes only. These devices sit outside just like they do in your home, and are connected to the air handler, which includes the coil, fan, and distribution method, etc. We would provide a technician to pipe the two systems together.
