The Weiss line of TR rotary indexing tables offer all the features of the TC line, with a few additional benefits. The most significant being the large open space in the middle. This allows for the placement of large pieces of equipment in the table’s the centre, substantially decreasing the overall footprint of your system. Think of it as building your machine from the inside out.

With the TR line of rotary indexing tables, the cam followers run along the entire outside perimeter of the track, providing for greater position accuracy.
Please bear in mind too that the TR line of rotary indexing tables come with a 4-year mechanical warranty, require very little maintenance, do not require an overload clutch, and offer multiple drive positions.
Furthermore:
- Never need to change the oil
- High parts accuracy due to drive positioned far towards the outside
- PNP proximity switch comes preset – no need for adjustment or tuning
- NPN proxy switches available on request
- Have a smooth motion profile
- Cam followers loaded on the same side to increase allowable torque during index motion

Weiss can also provide EN plating on dial & stationary plates, Steel-It epoxy paint, and stainless-steel exposed fasteners.
Weiss typically equips the system with a Rockwell PowerFlex 525 drive, with the customer’s PLC running the indexing logic. When this route is taken, Weiss North America sets all the parameters, and provides a parameter sheet to the customer.
If you’d prefer, we can provide a TS Control Card to handle the indexing logic. When we do so we will require a motor contactor or VFD for motor power. The system will also require an index start input from the customer PLC, or safety interlock switch, etc.
