Hoosier’s line of Modular Centrifugal Feeders allow an individual parts feeder system to be changed over to accommodate different parts. Typically a parts feeders system is constructed to feed a very specific part, and as a consequence when new parts are introduced a completely new feeder is required, with the inherent costs. With the Hoosier line of Modular Centrifugal Feeders, a single feeder can be used to effectively feed practically any product. This line of feeders split the tooling frame into modular tooling segments. By locating segment plates with the use of precision pins, tooling sets can be easily changed over to accommodate completely new parts.
