Designed for indoor wood & sawdust applications, in compliance with NFPA combustible dust regulations.
If you’re looking for a small, quiet, and easy to install dust collector, then this is the unit for you. The entire unit can be set-up in less than 1-hour, has a very small footprint, and is energy efficient.
Let me restate that: the unit can be installed in less than 1 hour!
What affords such a quick set-up? These dust collectors utilize a unique collapsible design, with the fan and the bags pre-installed. There are just 3 quick-and-easy steps needed to install the unit.
There are three sizes available, ranging from 1,500 cfm to 5,000 cfm
A few additional things to consider:
- These units come with patented polyester filter bags, better know as “SuperBags.” These filter bags offer 99.9% efficiency, have a seamless body, and higher anti-static properties than traditional bags. They can maintain their effectiveness even after several thousand hours of operation.
- 3 collection options available: bag, barrel, or bin
- Come with an energy efficient fan that utilizes an impeller design that is 20% more efficient than common radial fan blades.
- The S-Series lineup of dust collectors offers lower filter resistance and an interlocked design that permits more consistent suction.
- Please note – these are not recommended for sanders, molders, or abrasive planes that have mechanical feeds, nor can they be used to vent or serve metal grindings, hot work processes, or machinery that can generate or produce sparks.
- Shaker filter cleaning options are available. This mechanism cleans the filters more thoroughly than manual cleaning, resulting in improved machine suction, greater filter longevity, & improved operational safety. The shaker kit is available with a manual, mechanical, or automatic actuator. This feature is ideal for heavy loading applications, such as fine wood dust, sawdust, plastic, and paper applications.
As mentioned, there are three sizes available to you, each equipped with three different fans and TEFC motors. We’d be happy to help you select the model that’d be best for. The two key factors in selecting the appropriate model are the type of material being collected, and the total extracted air volume that is required.
