If you have a Nederman FilterBox in your shop, you’ve probably ordered a few of these replacement filters over the years. Here are a few details about this product that may be of interest.
Part #12332672 – Nederman PW 13 Replacement Filter
99% filter efficiency: for welding fumes and related dust.
The Nederman PW 13 filter offers an overall surface area of 13 m² (140 ft²)
Recommended procedure for storing this filter: store in it’s original protective crating and covering, as well as in a dry location.
The Nederman Filterbox dust collector contains one filter cartridge. Any new FilterBox purchased will include this main filter.
The PW 13 main filter is made with a pleated polyester material. The pleated filter has an efficiency of no less than 99.9% on particles down to 3 µm when treated with precoat. The pleats have a depth of 1.875 inches. The Filter cartridge comes with white metal caps on both ends. On one end of the cartridge, you will find a swivel bearing with a rubber gasket. The other end of the cartridge has an opening of approximately 5.75 inches. A gear ring is affixed to the open end of the cartridge. The cartridge contains a perforated metal internal support. Air enters the cartridge from the outside and passes through the polyester medium and exits through the internal cavity.
